Oh goodness. I thought Old Bay was EVERYWHERE. It's a seafood seasoning in a can--by McCormicks. Fabulous stuff!

I would guess any seafood seasoning would work. If it's a bland seasoning (Old Bay has some zip), then just add a little cayenne pepper or a bit more tabasco sauce or any spicy shake-type red stuff in a bottle.

Carolina Crab Cakes are so yummy. I know you'll love them. I hope you can find Old Bay or something similar.
