You may not know the name Momojuku Ando, but he certainly made an inpact. Sadly, Ando is no longer with us. But, his Ramen Noodles live on.
Momojuku Ando died on January 5, 2007. If the name is not familiar, then his product surely is. He created Ramen Noodles.
