Oh yes! Phillips crab meat.

I used to stop at the fish market all the time looking for crab. Now, Phillips makes it easy with canned crab. And, it's darn good too.


I lived on the eastern shore for a while and learned both to love seafood and to cook it too. The elderly gentleman who ran the seafood shack always told me how to cook up anything I wanted to try. Good guy--that one.

My Granny also spent her younger years on the shore. She made the best darn crab cakes I've ever eaten. Those from the restaurants don't come even close. If you're not a fan, then try out Carolina Crab Cakes. I honestly think they will make believers out of everyone.
