The National Chicken Council and the U.S. Poultry and Egg Association are hosting their annual chicken cooking contest. The grand prize is $100,000.
Be sure to read the rules closely. All contests have very specific guidelines.
Even if you're not up for a contest, you'll find lots of terrific information on cooking chicken at the contest site, and they print a book every year after the contest which can be ordered for $2.95.
