BBQ History on TV

Just a quick note for barbecue fans.


On Wednesday night (6-28-06) at 10 EST on the History Channel, "BBQ Tech" will air.

The show covers the history of barbeque and how cooking outdoors on grills became so popular after WWII. They will showcase some of the famous barbecue restaurants and also visit the Weber factory.
