There are many ways to jazz up grilled burgers. Some folks mix ingredients in the meat. Some use marinades. Other go with sauces. It’s fun to play around with burgers and try out different variations. Adding fresh herbs to hamburger is an easy and fun way to make your grilled burgers stand out. * It's fine to substitute other herbs in your herb grilled burgers. Go light the first time (around 1 TBS). Increase amounts as you find what flavors you enjoy in your burgers. Try some fancy buns or bread with your herb burgers. The harder breads work best if you want to heat them on the grill before serving the hamburgers. Just brush the buns with a little vegetable or olive oil and sprinkle on some herbs. Place bread on the grill until you see grill marks. Flip. Very simple. This makes the burgers look extra special.
